We booked through ParkSleepHotels (PSH) and couldn't be happier at the ease in doing so. We selected the Embassy Suites, Nashville Airport (BNA) and that was great, too. We were VERY pleased with PSHs service--very efficient and professional.. This is our second time using ParkSleepHotels and in August, we'll be using it again!! THANK YOU for making travel a bit less stressful.

It's wonderful to have a nice room waiting after the long flight back from Europe. Stayparktravel makes it easy to find the best place and book. I had to cancel the rservation this time, but that was easy with just a quick phone call. I will use SPT whenever we fly out of Newark or JFK.

After forgetting to add my two kids to the booking, probably from reading too many hotel reviews, I immediately jumped into live chat where Dawn was fast, efficient and polite. She quickly shot out info to the hotel to add them and I got an email confirmation showing them added. Very painless! I look forward to using this site again for my next hotel, park and fly needs.

I have forgotten the woman's name that worked Thursday night, June 30. She was so helpful. I had to talk to her three times and she always walked me through every step. She was very patient working with a person with limited computer skills.

I mistakenly submitted the wrong dates in my booking and caught it as soon as I hit "submit". I used the Live Chat and talked to Janine. She got the dates and hotel confirmation that it had been changed. She was very prompt and helpful with my request and questions.
