This is my first time using Park/Sleep Hotel's on-line booking. As a person who is not too familiar with doing things on-line, I must say it was quite easy. Keep up the good work. I didn't give the top rating as I have nothing to compare it to! :)

I accidentally set up the wrong dates when booking by computer. I phoned your 888 number and spoke with someone in the afternoon of Sept. 15 (name may be Janine). She was terrific and so helpful. Really appreciate the great response by your representative.

Good site. Used it once before. Prices are better than anywhere else I have found on line. Calling the hotel directly was a colossal waste of time....Ther price was 100 bucks more!
