Four Points Philadelphia Airport PHILADELPHIA

I thought the hotel had great service, and it was nice to have a restaurant with good food in the hotel. The shuttle was also convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, I was on a ParkSleepFly package and was charged for parking by Metropolis when I checked out. I spent the next month trying to resolve this. I tried multiple times to reach the Accounting Department at the hotel or to ask them to call me back, but to no avail. Metropolis told me I was supposed to receive a validation code from the hotel so I wouldn't be charged. I liked the hotel, but wouldn't recommend a ParkSleepFly package there. This disconnect needs to be resolved. I do need to give a shout-out to the security crew, however, as they cleaned off our car during a bad snowstorm. It was very kind.

Hotel was great and highly recommend but communication between Hotel and parking company needs to be addressed My stay included free parking upto 10 days which we parked for 8 Hotel front desk assured me I would have no charge and they would wave me right through Which they did Upon getting home i had a52 $ parking charge to my credit card from Metropolis which I don't see a reason they even had my credit card # Took 3 hrs next day arguing Needs to be straightened out!

Good value for money - cheaper then parking at the airport!

We always stay here the night before our flight. The staff is friendly and very efficient, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the bar and restaurant are great.

Very convenient hotel, especially when flying out and returning parking is easy and very accessible. The staff that greeted us when we arrived for very friendly and knowledgeable. We wish there was a few more options as far as dinner choices at the bar restaurant.

Room was very clean and quiet. Food was good and had been at previous stays. Love the convenience of the shuttle every 20 minutes to and from airport.

Stayed one night, parked 10. Very convenient. Room comfortable with surprisingly good coffee. Shuttle service efficient.

The hotel staff was fine and the place is definitely dated but clean.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable room. So thankful for the shuttle to the airport. Our car was fine after 10 in the parking lot.
