Clarion Hotel BWI Airport Arundel Mills HANOVER

We have stayed and this place multiple times. It’s nice to know that your car is safe when flying. However with this “new normal” life we are living it would have been nice to know that they were not running the shuttle to the airport. It a really good thing that Uber could come and take us. My point is make sure your website is up to date.

Hotel close to BWI. Great stay park fly option. Hotel older but clean would stay again. Shuttle to and from airport great.

The entire staff (shuttle drivers, front desk, breakfast room) was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great for access to Logan Airport. Room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again when flying out of Logan.

We enjoyed our Airport/Parking stay. Breakfast was sufficient, staff were friendly the dinning room along with the rest of the hotel was clean. We used the shuttle for the airport. After arriving home we noticed a missing bag with a lot of valuables, the driver could have taken it and never said a word, but to our blessing He turned it in. We were impressed!

Room was very nice. Since we had to be to the airport by 4am, we were a little concerned that there wouldn't be anyone to shuttle us over. On the contrary, shuttle was on time and driver was very accommodating and friendly. We also took advantage of the 10 days of free parking

great breakfast, hot items, eggs, sausage bacon, etc along with regular cold items. regular good hotel. accommodating shuttle service. have stayed there many times, under Ramada and now Clarion. Very sartisfied!

Check in was slow. Room was clean. Bar service very slow. Driver to airport friendly. Breakfast decent. Price the best.

The room was good. The front desk and the driver were exceptionally great. Very pleasant and helpful and a great asset. We have used this place before when it was the Ramada and we will use it again.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and perfect for our preflight stay. Only complaint is the hot water took at least five minutes to get hot to take shower. Same in morning. Rides to and pickup from airport were efficient and drivers friendly.
