Your response is quite good and fast. However, dealing with the hotel directly to ask for a ground-floor room e.g. is a pain !

It was very quick and when the double beds I chose weren't available they called right away and explained it. I took the King size bed but was yold there was also a pull out in the room. Great service!

Have used ParkSleepHotels before. As we live sixty miles from O'Hare this helps a lot on early flights. We no longer have to get up in the middle of the night to drive to the airport. Saves time and money on parking also. We will be back again.
