Everything about the hotel was great other than the fact that we only stayed there for their park/sleep/fly feature. We weren’t ever notified that the shuttles were not running. Not even when we checked in. Waste of time and money there.

Only thing is I can hear next door.

The hotel front clerk on the checkin day feb 15 was SO HELPFUL. the front desk clerk was so helpful on the return day to get my car My husband and myself have not traveled much and we did not know how to use Uber and the desk clerk on that Tuesday set it up for me and I was able to use it while in las vegas. What a blessing she was. When we returned I tried to use it at the airport and could not get it to work so I called the hotel and the clerkthat was there on sat feb 19 was WONDERFUL AS WELL. she set it up and had someone come to pick us up and take us back to our car that was at the hotel. I will use this hotel again

Heading to Lousiana on an early flight. Comfort Suites had a great deal with allowing us to keep our car at the facility. We enjoyed the night\'s stay and folks were congenial and the room was clean.

Our shuttle to airport on time and efficient. Front desk clerks attentive. Room comfortable and clean.
