Nice hotel. Good location. Shopping areas close by. People at the desk during check in, were on the ball and helpful. All the staff were friendly and quick to respond. Room was clean and good size. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice. Shuttle to the cruiseport was managed well, good size bus and comfortable. We will definitely use this hotel whenever we cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Cost of 1 night stay , parking during cruse, and transportation was very fair.

Room great. Check in mixed. Did not receive paperwork for shuttle. Worst experience was the restaurant - this was just dreadful - wait was undescribable.
