Crowne Plaza Hotel was not only very convenient for an 8 day overnight parking with 4am shuttle, but a wonderfully clean and comfortable King Room. I will definitely be booking here again for my next early morning flight.
Room, etc. fine. Issue with shuttle service. Large shuttle showed up shortly after we called. Driver kept saying "Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North." I was unaware there were 3-4 hotels with basically same name in the area. Asked for clarification of "North" once in van and was told it was incorrect van, so we had to unload and catch the "real" shuttle to our Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport hotel a few minutes later. Not a big deal, but agents should make very clear that there are subtle differences in names for this series of hotels that a weary traveler might not catch late at night.
Great easy access to Sky Harbor, friendly staff. Felt very safe and got a great night's sleep before a very early morning flight. Free shuttle service was nice addition.
Very good looking and comfortable hotel. The airport shuttle was excellent. That was the main thing we were looking for and they delivered. Very poor breakfast. They said it was due to Covid19 but other places we have stayed did much better. The price should have been reduced if they were reducing the breakfast.

as i already knew, the location isn't the best -- but the hotel grounds seem secure, and with the microwave, fridge, i just arrived with all the food i needed to avoid leaving the hotel grounds until the shuttle took me to the airport -- not sure if all the rooms are in such good condition, but mine(131) was excellent -- newly renovated, the painter had forgotten to remove some of the painter's tape

The location is great if you are using the Phoenix Sky Airpot. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again.
Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the sleep, park and ride program and it was great. We will definitely use this hotel in the future if needed.

Our daughter was very sick and in hospital. We had to get to Colorado right away. I was so stressed out from situation and not sleeping well. I accidentally made room reservation for wrong night. Thankfully the hotel had another room available but was going to cost $100 more than originally quoted. My husband and I spoke to manager and she gave us a discount of $90.00. The hotel was clean and people friendly. Only negative was rooms took forever to be available.
We enjoyed our park and fly stay at DoubleTree. We were late coming arriving back into Phoenix (after 11PM) so their airport shuttle wasn\'t running. This wasn\'t much of a problem because the airport train takes you all the way to the 44th Street commuter station where you can walk the 2 blocks to the DoubleTree. If the train hadn\'t been running we would have has to use Uber or a cab. The hotel parking isn\'t secure or covered but we didn\'t experience any problems.
Stayed one night on our way to Ireland. We will be staying one night when we come back! This is a great value because we don’t have to worry about our car while we are gone. We left on their shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am and they made a “to go” bag for us with muffins and yogurt because we were going to miss their breakfast. We always stay here when we fly out of Phoenix Skyhabor.
Very nice and comfy room. I have to say, the breakfast included is continental, so don\'t expect much. The shuttle to airport is prompt and effecient.
