Front Desk girl was fantastic! Friendly, competent, and helpful. Shuttle driver was the same way. Shuttle driver works her ass off with all that luggage.

The hotel location worked out great. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was nice only wish they had 2 queen size bed accommodations. The doubles are a bit small for two tall adults. The restaurant was good and the staff also very nice
I\'m so happy to have discovered a new park-sleep-fly hotel near Oakland Airport. This is a no-brainer arrangement for early morning (especially weekday) flights and long-term parking. Our room was very pleasant, clean and well-equipped. Our early-morning requested shuttle to the airport was on-time, comfortable and quick. Ditto for our very late evening return flight, when we were the only ones who needed transport. Upon our return, our car was where we left it (which wasn\'t the case when we stayed at the nearby Econo Lodge a couple of years ago and IT WAS STOLEN the first night). The cost of the hotel stay was basically equivalent to two weeks of airport parking, so this is our new default for early morning flights to relieve the stress and start our vacation right!
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were great; very comfortable. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious. We would definitely stay there again.
Helpful staff, recently updated decor, clean, secure parking. Love that you can open a screened window.

they greeted us as soon as we walked in and handed us cold bottles of water, check in was quick and easy and they had our plan open, gave us directions of where to park our car for the 14 day stay, room was good, except in the bathroom found quite a bit of hair cuttings left from previous occupant. i took samples and gave to the morning reservation clerk and he was going to make a note. should have given us a rebate!!! shuttle was there at 6 AM to take us the airport. All worked out fine.
I knew it was basic from other reviewers. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was adequate. No coffee cups for the coffee maker, which we didn't notice until 5 am. No bottle opener. All small stuff because my car was parked for a week in a well lit area for less than the price of a park and fly lot.
