Everyone was nice and hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast but expensive but it is Miami!
Hotel was fine bedding was not in good order
This is a lovely hotel. Tucked away from a main road with easy access to the Miami airport and the cruise port, the hotel is quiet and clean. Our room was well equipped with a comfortable king size bed, desk, coffee pot, and walk in shower. It had everything anyone could need. There is also a bar/restaurant on the property that offers to two-4-1 happy hour from 5:30-7:30. The bartender, Javier Suarez, was very attentive and helpful. The menu included sandwiches (@$ 12), salads, to full plates (vegetarian options were available). I will definitely return to this hotel when I am in the area again.
Easy to locate for those not familiar with Miami. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We were charged for the room 3 weeks before. Non refundable. That was not what we signed up for. It worked out, but if our flight had been changed. It would have been a disaster. Other than that the restaurant charted us for the tip, and failed to tell us. We almost missed it and double tipped. How many times has that happened, I wonder .....
Very pleasant staff and clean facility
We used this to park while we traveled for 4 weeks and then stayed on the back end of the trip. The people were so very nice and accommodating. It was an easy pick up and drop off situation with no problems and no long waits. The hotel itself is nice and functional, however could use some major updating. Would stay here again.
There were several people at the reception desk that were ready and most willing to help. I parked my car there for several days as well.

We stayed here for a pre cruise trip. The hotel was very nice, clean, in a good location, plenty of parking, and the breakfast was good. Even though we were near the airport you didn’t here a lot of noise. The staff was very friendly and kind. I would stay here again.
I booked 2 rooms for a park and cruise package. The rooms & hotel were very nice but very hard to find using Google & Apple Maps. The desk staff was pleasant but a little disorganized and at one point there were several people in line waiting, one employee working the counter and what appeared to be the manager and 2 of the staff arguing behind the counter in full view of the costumers. In addition, I booked this hotel for the park and cruise package that included a shuttle to the cruise port, when I asked about the shuttle I was informed there has not been a shuttle since 2019. I advised the website & confirmation both stated there was a shuttle - they just apologized and said we would need to make our own arrangements.
Everything was the way it should be!
Room was good. A little confusion at front desk. Told about a comp breakfast then wanted us to pay. We had money charged at time of booking but they couldn't find any record of it. Still havent heard back from them as we had to leave and catch a flight.

Excellent location for leaving car to catch flights. Only 10 minutes on free hotel shuttle running every half hour. Will use again.
Hotel is located 15 mins away and rooms are large. Place is clean and great location, close to many restaurants.
The hotel was great, we enjoyed dinner & cocktails. Bed very comfortable. When I booked, the site said 24 hour shuttle which was not true, I had to order Lyft to get to the airport on time
Our stay was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location for using the Miami airport. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is also a gym and outdoor pool. We didn?t use them but looked well maintained. The hotel has a nice lobby area and a full bar.
Great if you want to be near the airport, but naturally very noisy with planes as well as nearby Highway.
Room was clean but linens and towels needed to be upgraded. Door handle inside the room fell off. But, the service from the woman on the front desk made it a good stay.

No airport shuttle. Breakfast is a $16.99 buffet. Seriously who eats that much? Room was clean but needed updating. At check-in front desk was not aware it was a park and fly.
