We chose a Park and Stay at the Crowne Plaza over the Feb. winter break. We parked our car on a Sat. and were transported to the Airport very promptly after check-in. The following Friday we were picked up at the airport within minutes of our call, and spent the night at the CP. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can\'t say enough about everyone employed there, from the drivers to the wait staff and front desk employees. It\'s always nice to chat with genuinely friendly people in the service industry, and the staff at the CP made our stay. The room itself was just average, which is why I\'m giving the four star rating. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but everything was clean and well taken care of. We swam in the pool at night and used the sauna which was nice to enjoy in the winter. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would stay here again if we ever choose to fly out of Cleveland airport in the future.
Not the best hotel I've stayed at in Cleveland offering a park & fly package, but it was adequate. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue I had was that the hotel clerk did not realize I had a park & fly package, I had to tell her. Also, they did not give us the phone number to call the shuttle for our return trip, we had to go online to find it. We did get in very late, and the shuttle was prompt, and the driver was friendly. We did suggest that the hotel purchase a temporary magnet for the shuttle. The regular shuttle broke down while we were out of town and they got a rental van, which was not marked in any way. The driver had to hop out and ask everyone standing around if they were heading to this hotel.
Hampton Inn was a great stay for the night before our vacation. Very close to the airport, shuttle available very early in the morning, staff on all Shifts very helpful, friendly and kind. Great experience!

Was a nice room but no fan in bathroom. Very steamy after shower. Front desk never told me I had to put key in elevator to use it. Good security but had to go back and ask.
Only 2 week park and fly hotel near CLE we could find
Once we got checked in we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Location is close to airport; staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle is not 24 hours like Park Sleep website states. Holiday Inn Expresses website states shuttle starts at 5 am which wasn\'t early enough for our flight. So, we had to pay for transportation to the airport on top of the room which was supposed to include shuttle. A very nice shuttle driver did pick us up promptly from our return flight and deliver us safely to our car parked at the hotel.
We booked this hotel because of it’s proximity to the airport as we had an early morning flight specifically because of the 24 hour airport shuttle. Only to find out there is no 24 hour shuttle, there hadn’t been one there either at all or in a long time. Added another $ 60-150 (Uber or taxi ) to get to and from airport The front staff was very nice ( but young) who warned us about using 3rd party sites which I have used many times in the past and have never had a problem. Very disappointed
